On Saturday, August 15, we analyzed Ted Lasso. A shoe placement was spotted: Nike Tanjun in Blue Sneakers of Nick Mohammed as Nathan in Ted Lasso S01E03 “Trent Crimm: The Independent” (2020). Here are 1 image(s) below:Nike Blue Sneakers of Nick Mohammed as Nathan in Ted Lasso S01E03

The Shoe: Nike Tanjun of Nate

Once again, from episode one, we see Nick Mohammed as Nathan sporting the Nike Tanjun in Midnight Navy/Game Royal/White. This is a pretty classic jogger that we’d expect anyone to be wearing. As we move through the series we will see Nick Mohammed’s style and tastes become more sophisticated.

The Nike Tanjun Shoe is simplicity at its best. The name “Tanjun” means “simplicity” in Japanese rightfully naming this shoe. Tanjun has a modern look and design coming across as a typical Nike and putting comfort first. Moreover, the shoes has a mesh and synthetic upper that is flexible and breathable providing a clean look and fit. The Injected unitsole provides ultra lightweight cushioning. At last, the midsole is durable enough to serve as an outsole.

The Episode: Trent Crimm: The Independent

This is another episode where we start to empathize with Nate. In the locker room, Roy starts to get irritated when he notices how much Nate gets picked on by Jamie and his buddies on the team. Later, Ted and Beard actually use one of Nate’s plays on the field that results in Sam scoring goals and Jamie playing a decoy to Jamie’s displeasure.

This leads to Jamie taking his irritation out on Nate, to the point that Roy confronts Ted and asks why he’s just letting it happen. Ted pretends like he doesn’t care, but it’s part of a plan for him to push Roy into being a better leader and taking control of the situation. Roy tries to get Jamie to back off.

Jamie suggests he will, then just tells his friends to go even harder on Nate. Later, after reading of A Wrinkle in Time to Phoebe, Roy takes the story’s central meaning to heart and takes a legitimate stand against Jamie. Confronting him at a nightclub, he demands Jamie back off from Nate before storming out.
