The Shoe: Nike Air Jordan 1 Low Light Smoke Grey

We see Jason Sudeikis sporting the Nike Air Jordan 1 Low Light Smoke Grey Sneaker. This was our first sighting of Ted Lasso in Air Jordans, and really started us on our Air Jordan journey. Though this isn’t the first episode we see them in, found again in “The Signal” episode as well.

At first glance, one may argue these are not the original AJ 1s. Upon closer examination, we see that Jason Sudeikis adds his own flair. Jason Sudeikis adorns these Nike Air Jordans with red laces. The original light smoke grey version of these Jordans come with black laces. What’s interesting is how well the red lace accentuates the red Air Jordan logo on the heel. Luckily the new sneakerheads can get in on these Air Jordans for a reasonable price. Find the Nike Air Jordan 1 at StockX and at GOAT in just about every size. The Episode: Carol of the Bells

This is our first Christmas episode of Ted Lasso, and we are seeing the whole range of emotions from Ted by this point. Christmas has descended upon Richmond. Ted is facing his first holiday alone since his divorce was finalised. Rebecca, aware of how down Ted is feeling, enlists his aid to help spread Christmas cheer.

Sexy Christmas is put on hold when Phoebe joins Roy and Keeley. However, Phoebe has issues of her own with god awful breath when kids at school tease her. This leads to Roy and Keeley trying desperately to find a solution going door to door for a dentist. Meanwhile, Higgins continues his tradition of opening his house to players with no family in town to join his family for Christmas dinner. Due to the newfound team spirit, Higgins finds himself hosting a large portion of the AFC Richmond team.

What many don’t realize about this episode, it is the first in two unscheduled episodes of season 2, the second being “Beard after Hours”. If this episode seems out of place, it is. Found right between when we expect to see some big news, the writers decided to plop this right into the middle of on the edge of our seat plot. But, this episode battles depression and challenges with a full-hearted comedy. Lastly, the episode is full of references to some of our favorite Christmas classics and ends up being a fun episode less focused on football.
